  I had to build a new roof for my rental property, and I thought it will be a huge buzzer. But this guys just know what they do- a clean fast and they took good care of the solar panels I had as well. Good job.

  Ben's Roofing is an EXCELLENT roofing company. The owner Gustavo is knowledgeable and courteous. We recently had a water leak issue at our business. They responded quickly and provided quality professional service. We will continue to use them for our gutter and roof maintenance.

  Of the half dozen companies that I tried to contact to get a semi-emergency repair done during last month's rain, this company answered me on the first try. I give them some slack for lack of communication due to probably every roofing company getting slammed at the time, but every conversation I had, regardless of time of day, was professional and I wasn't on hold for long.
  
  As for the two guys who came out, they were professional and had a good sense of humor I appreciated. They were also quick (or maybe I just know how long it takes to repair a bullet hole in a roof). All things considered, the rate was fair.
  
  The BEST part is that they email you an invoice with pictures of before and after! THAT was VERY cool.
  
  So was the bullet they found that caused the hole in my roof, hehe.... =P
  
  Fun facts: I found them through the BBB website (not Yelp, whoa), and they will send out people at all hours... like 24 or 24hrs in the day. Thumbs up.

  I definitely recommend Ben's Roofing if you want professional qualified installers with good communication working on your roof. We started looking into fixing our roof in December / January. It was not easy to find a roofer, but I managed to get 3 bids. Ben's Roofing was not the cheapest bid, but they were the most qualified and trustworthy to do the type of roof we were looking for (PVC) and in a timely manner. Chris at Ben's roofing was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer all my questions. I really appreciated the level of communication Chris put into the questions and bidding process.
  
  The process was seamless, and the installers were communicative and cordial. The install happened in 2 days, with hardly a sign they had been there. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is that the quality seems to be great, but when I asked to look over the new roof with them (kind of like a final walk through), they were unable to schedule a good time based on my schedule (8am was too early and after 5:30 was too late). It's been a few months since the new roof was installed and I still haven't had a chance to go up and look on my own (we don't have a tall ladder), but I feel pretty good about it. I will update if I get a chance to schedule a walk through with them.

  This review is a little overdue, but I though I'd finally write one, given all the rain we've been having this winter. Our roof was replaced by Ben's Roofing in November/December 2015 in anticipation of El Nino (who knew at the time that this winter would be much, much worse). Chris provided a very thorough quote and answered my many questions. We opted for the Golden Pledge Warranty for extended protection. The job took a little longer than anticipated due to issues with our older skylights and rain in the schedule. Sometimes we didn't receive as much communication as we would have liked concerning when/if the crew was showing up that day. I work from home, so that was a bit of an issue for me. However, the final product speaks for itself, and we've had no issues during all this rain with our new roof, gutters, and downspouts. I would recommend getting a quote from Ben's. They're not the cheapest or fastest, but they're a solid, well managed company.
